Well, it was a really good stay during our visit. The location of the hotel was particularly good - just a pleasant stroll away from Inner Harbour Marina. Wonderful hotel, it was overall clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. We walked everywhere, the location was fantastic and perfect, close to the promenade. Try excellent dishes served at the beach restaurant. The provided service was exceptional. Parking was on site and we didn't mind paying extra gbp 10 per day.

I had a nice size and airy room to myself with a balcony, bedrooms, for instance. The overall atmosphere was family, though some staff members were a bit rude. This stylish and recently refurbished hotel had very central setting in need of refurbishment though always clean. There were a good choice of restaurants to eat, like Belgrave Beefeater that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
The bed was uncomfortable in this place.
